Wishing you a fantastic Summer

Dear Parents / Carers,

As we begin the process of closing for the summer, we’d like to wish all of our parents and our pupils a fantastic summer. We’d like to thank many of our pupils for coming in and we hope you all take the time to have a well deserved break. Recently, we released a letter detailing the measures we are putting in place for September but, as always, we would encourage everyone to keep an eye on Weduc for further updates.

We look forward to seeing you all back in September and wish you all the best! Our first day of term will be Thursday 3rd September 2020.

Dear Parents / Carers,

Last week, we were pleased to have broadcast the work we’ve done on Endeavour radio. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the return of so many year groups and the great times pupils have had being back at Park Academy.

In guided reading this week, the Year 1 bubbles have been reading ‘After the Fall’ a book about what happens to Humpty Dumpty after he falls from the wall. Today we have been making our very own Humpty Dumpty and his wall to help us sequence the story.

Y1 Ash Trees bubble have produced some amazing artwork this afternoon. First we went out into the wooded area to collect leaves. Then we used wax crayons to make rubbings of our leaves to fill our paper.
