RoadHog #2 – Transitions

Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever. Our Year 6 spent this morning having sessions on the RoadHog bus to understand how normal it is to feel nervous moving schools and discussing ways to prepare for secondary school. Well done all – 11 days left seems unbelievable.

NSPCC – Speak out and Stay Safe

The NSPCC attended Park Academy today to educate pupils on the importance of staying safe and giving them the knowledge that speaking out is a difficult but important first step. Following this, they delivered an informative workshop on how to monitor online activity to keep our pupils safe. Thank you to all those who attended.

PGL – An Unforgettable Experience

Well done to our amazing Year 6 during their time at PGL. The challenges were scary but you rose to the challenge. Working together as a team, you made rafts, buggies, abseiled, climbed and pushed yourselves to try new things. Fantastic levels of confidence shown – you should be very proud.
