Ofsted Feedback
Dear Parents and Carers,
I am delighted to share with you our latest Ofsted report following out recent inspection held on 22nd and 23rd November 2017.
The inspectors agreed with our judgements and recognised the rates of change and improvements since Park Academy became part of the Boston Witham Academies Federation.
The inspectors recognised that the Trust have secured consistency and stability of staffing since September 2016.
They could see that the investment that has been made with new resources has benefited the children directly.
Behaviour in and around the school has improved due to the strategic decision to revise the behaviour policy. Inspectors praised the children and noted that they took responsibility for their own behaviour. Pupils are confident under the new behaviour policy that conflicts, worries are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
As with every school that has an inspection there are recommendations made for further improvements. I am pleased to say that all areas for development match the academy’s own development plan.
Senior leaders and all staff members are committed to ensuring the best outcomes for every child within the school. Every member of staff wants the very best for every child. We are very proud of the children; this was also recognised by Ofsted who noted “Attitudes to learning are consistently good throughout the school; pupils work hard in lesson, sit and listen well.”
We will now move forward together as a community to further embed the changes we have already implemented over the last academic year. The Trust will continue to offer extensive support in order to ensure strengths are built upon and that children reach their full potential.

A. Reed
